The winner of the unprecedented 20 Grand Slam titles and world number one Roger Federer is on the verge of the best start of a season in his career. He started the week in 49th place in the world rankings, but with the semi-finals ranked 36th. If he gets to the finish, he will be 27th and if he wins the title, he will be the 20th.
